Using Low FODMAP Recipes

Certain types of food tend to induce digestive discomfort. Many of these contain carbohydrates that are known by the acronym FODMAP. These are not really harmful but consumption in large amounts can trigger undesirable symptoms. It would be hard to completely get rid of them in the daily diet but they can be restricted with mindful meal preparation. This will be much easier if you follow tried and tested low FODMAP recipes.

Countless people have suffered from stomach problems for generations. They tried to solve these by observing how their bodies would react to the food they consumed. Patterns emerged after a while and they were able to identify the worst offenders. They also found out that they felt better with food items like carrots, tomatoes, cucumber, zucchini, oranges, grapes, meats, chicken, fish, hard cheeses, rice, potatoes, almonds, and more.
