A transportable building can be manufactured correctly and still arrive at a site that is not ready to receive it. The pad may need final levels, the access road may remain soft, or excavators may still be working across the unloading area.
Treat delivery as one stage in a connected construction sequence, not as an isolated booking.
Before dispatch, confirm the route, gate width, turning space, overhead clearance, unloading surface, crane position and installation order. A short readiness inspection, supported by dated photographs, can expose a blocked access lane or unfinished drainage while there is still time to correct it.
