What Is NMN? A Short And Sweet Answer

Since its discovery over the last few years, people have been asking what is NMN? NMN is the acronym for Nicotinamide Mononucleotide. It has been rattling wrestling cages and even gym routines due to its impressive performance boosting powers among lab mice.

The substance is derived from cabbage, avocado, broccoli, young soybeans, and cucumbers. However, as everybody knows, you need to consume vast quantities of these vege goodies in order to derive the benefits, which includes moving back aging and promoting a long life. You can’t really stop people from speculating when all the benefits in question point to a potential fountain of youth.

And since it’s healthy enough to take based on where it comes from, it’s pretty hard for people not to take their chances. Amid a background of pandemics and social distancing, it feels good to find a way to boost one’s resistance against the viruses of our times.
