It is easy to underestimate what you can accomplish in one month. However, 30 days is a lot of time to improve on skills that can help you for a lifetime.
For example, you can learn a new language – at the very least on a beginner’s level.
You can also read one book. When was the last time you read a book? Was it fiction or non/fiction? This is an easy challenge that you can use to get away from screens and enrich your mind.
Another possible goal is to cook something new every day. It is only 30 days, but you will learn how to use different ingredients, different techniques, save money by not ordering takeout, and have lots of fun in the kitchen.
You could also journal. Figure out your values, and how to become the best version or you.
