When testing an unfinished site, you need to choose the bits to test – usually elements you have just developed or a prototype. Paper prototypes are great ways to test early drafts of your site. Either take wireframes, if you have any or sketch and cut out the relevant sections. You can then rearrange them on a large A3 sheet and ask a Website Design Wagga Wagga professional to check it as if it were a real site. Use a finger to represent clicks, speaking keyboard input aloud.
Although this approach requires a certain suspension of disbelief, participants are usually happy to adapt to this unusual form of testing. Paper prototypes are best suited to sites early in development. As you get closer to a solution, you will want to test either what you have already coded or key prototypes.
