Anime T shirts are too cool not to have, these days. And that’s because Japanese animation is becoming increasingly popular especially among the young population. So interesting if not addicting are animes that a new generation of Europeans, Americans, and of course, Asians, are embracing the foreign art form. The epitome of Japanese pop culture was originally intended for the consumption of Japan’s young adults and children.
However, because of the Internet’s global reach, every new anime issue seems to be spreading like wildfire. From a unicorn wizard to three school girls who go to school to become military weapons, there’s always a new release on a weekly if not daily basis. Each one showcases the animation and storytelling skills of this or that director who holds an iconic status among the genre’s lovers everywhere.
If there is one element that binds all the creative produce of one of Japan’s top and perennial bestsellers, it is this plethora of Japanese animation. It is followed closely by manga, which, in the simplest sense, is Japanese comics. It’s the equivalent of America’s Marvel and DC universes.
