The Employee Assistance Program

Employee Assistance Program is a structured approach to the methods and interaction to give counseling and consulting help to employees. These programs are meant to help the employees deal with the workplace difficulties and the problem the worker faces during his office hours or with the working environment. The same counseling is extended in cases where the immediate family reports unusual behaviors of employees after working hours, such as severe depressions and anxiety problems.

All such programs are strictly confidential and are open to all those employees who are facing workplace stress, and it is also making it difficult for them to work. In all such sessions, all the expenses to counsel the employees are taken care of by the employer.
