An example would be pinhead crickets which are extremely small insects that are rich in protein.
These will be delivered live but they can be sensitive to the conditions during travel and in the final destination. For instance, the temperature should be kept at a moderate level between 80 to 90 degrees. Extremely cold or hot environments can lead to their premature demise. Using a reptile heater is common to keep them alive and warm. Sustain them with a water-soaked sponge and cornmeal or other cricket food.
