Ingredients:
• 100g lean ground beef
• 2 cloves minced garlic
• 1 cup chopped potatoes
• 2 tbsp minced onion
• Pinch of onion powder
• Pinch of oregano
• Pinch of garlic powder
• ¼ tsp chili powder
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Cayenne pepper to taste
• ½ cup water
Directions:
Step #1: Take a small frying pan and brown ground beef. Add garlic and onions.
Step #2: Stir in tomatoes and water. Add and simmer gradually until the liquid is condensed.
Step #3: Serve with chopped tomatoes and onions garnish. Add pepper and salt to taste.
