What exactly this encompasses depends on the company and the contract that they have made with the company they are working with. Typically, you can use the services at no cost for a limited amount of time but you can possibly get more depending on how well used the program is. You may think that you can find free programs on your own, which you may be able to do, but these contracts allow you to get the privileges of being a paid client without having to spend any money as your company is doing it on your behalf. Quite often, this means you can get an appointment much faster than if you were waiting for a resource that is free. For some, this is a great program and allows them to get services that they may not be able to otherwise.
