There are a number of places to look for tutorials; it helps to know what you are looking for. Video sites are a good place to start as the videos show the artist explicitly how to do something and offer a wide variety of instruction.
Public television sites are another good venue as they feature a number of good shows on the subject, as are streaming services. As public interest in artistic expression grows that coverage is bound to only grow.
In a pinch, how-to sites are also good. They offer a wide variety of tips and tutorials, but they are limited in how they present them; while they parse out tutorials well, they do not picture all of them.
It is possible to find some great tutorials. Just know what you want and the search will be far easier.
