Exotic Places To Travel

There are plenty of exoctic places to travel, and many are closer than you think. The idea of exotic can mean different things, although most of us consider Morocco, China and India are exotic, and once in a lifetime destinations. Exotic is often associated with expensive and difficult to get to, or places which are almost legendary such as Zanzibar, Tibet, the Silk Road, and Petra in Jordan. However, Europe also has its fair share of exotic locations, such as the turquoise waters of Porto Heli in Greece, the covered bazaar in Istanbul and the Flamenco dancers and shaded courtyards of Seville, Spain. Even parts of the US might be considered exotic, such as some of the country’s National Parks and San Francisco’s Chinatown. You probably won’t get to all the exotic places, but making a list and checking them off is a good way to start.
