ABMS – Anti Bribery Management System

Anti Bribery Management System(ABMS) are rules and regulations that the government imposes on all businesses regardless of the size and scope of the company. It binds all companies to ensure that there are no working practices that can have an element of corruption and bribery. These include all financial transactions, contracts, and agreements and working relationships between different companies. Since any form of bribery ultimately can lead to reputational and financial loses, companies take significant measures to ensure they implement ABMS standards in letters and spirit.

Countries have witness huge scandals, massive cases of money laundering, and other methods of fraud. At the root of all such illegal actions is bribery that arises out from companies. The ABMS rules make it compulsory for the top tier executives of the companies to have a set policy in place to control all forms of bribery.
