Resistance Bands
Bands are a great alternative or addition to weightlifting programs. The best resistance loop bands come in packs that allow you to progress heaviness as you gain strength.
Free Weights
Free weights simply translates to old-school iron. Progressively add weight to your workout to see quicker results.
Protein
While this is not a workout aid, it is a muscle aid. If you workout to the moon and back… you still won’t see the results you want unless you are packing in the protein. Chicken, eggs and nuts are your best friends.
